Global Agreement on Participation and Peace (GAPP) A Proposed International Organization to Stop Wars, Ensure Peace, and Promote Equitable Resource Distribution Among Nations and People The Global Agreement on Participation and Peace (GAPP) seeks to establish a global platform uniting individuals and nations committed to peace, justice, and fairness. In a world where conflicts arise from a lack of neutral mediation, many people who recognize injustice remain silent because there is no platform to voice their concerns. This silence contributes to conflicts, wars and the perpetuation of exploitation.
Though those who stand for humanity may appear to be a minority within their own families and communities, they are, in fact, a global majority. However, their ability to unite and make a global impact is hindered by the absence of a worldwide platform, such as a world parliament or world government, where they can collaborate. As a result, the culture of exploitation and violence persists, benefiting only a small minority while leaving the majority deprived and economically strained. On both familial and global levels, this dynamic instigates conflict and ultimately leads to wars.
A neutral institution, like a village council (Panchayat), is needed to mediate disputes between nations. The current international system, including the United Nations, is unable to fulfill this role effectively due to inherent structural limitations and the dominance of own interests of countries, particularly among veto-power countries. As a result, the UN has been largely ineffective in preventing wars and addressing global injustices.
Recognizing these limitations, Mission for Global Change (MGC) proposes the creation of a new global organisation namely "Global Agreement on Participation and Peace (GAPP)*, a separate global organization aimed at solving these issues. GAPP would provide a platform for individuals and governments of countries who stand for humanity, working to address global problems, ensure justice, and achieve the objectives of the United Nations.
This organization would serve as a neutral body, including representatives from governments and humanist citizens worldwide, to manage interim global governance. Its framework includes the use of a "Filament Management" technique to harmonize mutually hostile political ideologies and communities.
